TERMS OF ROOM SHARE

ROOM: YAHOO POOL ZEBRA COVE
GENERAL: The goal of this agreement is to offer NASCAR-POOL and 8BallTarts
a secure, respectful playing environment and also to maintain and protect
the well being of NASCAR-POOL and 8BallTarts in ZEBRA COVE ADVANCED ROOM.
HOURS ALLOWED: ALL HOURS ARE OPEN TO ALL LEAGUES TO USE THE LOBBY AND TABLES.
STAFF BEHAVIOR: All staff, FROM ALL LEAGUES, are expected to follow the behavior rules listed below, and to also use courtesy and respect when dealing with those from the other league. STAFF INCLUDES: the head admin, all admins, all head tds, all tds, and anyone else officially working for you league (member advocate, person in charge of getting new members , etc )A big dose of common sense helps also. If each league has a tourney scheduled for the same time, just take turns, and one close maybe 5-10 mins late. If two tourneys running at same time, take turns posting in lobby, so that all have a chance to see their pairings. At NO TIME shall over spamming be allowed. We are sharing the room, not fighting for attention! STAFF IS ALSO expected to promote and enforce these behavior rules among their league members
BEHAVIOR: Respect and courtesy shall be shown at all times. The basic cases/myleague behavior rules shall be followed. These can be viewed on either leagues main page, on left. NO LOBBY FIGHTING/RUDENESS/VULGARITY BETWEEN MEMBERS OF YOUR LEAGUE, UNLESS PROVOKED. NO LOBBY FIGHTING/RUDENESS/VULGARITY WITH MEMBERS OF THE OTHER LEAGUE, UNLESS PROVOKED. NO LOBBY FIGHTING/RUDENESS/VULGARITY WITH NON MYLEAGUE MEMBERS, UNLESS PROVOKED.
INFRACTIONS: infractions of these rules will be viewed on the basis of severity, how many incidents have occurred, if infraction was by staff or a member, and the head admin response to dealing with the problem. Unfortunately, problems in leagues do happen, and staff must deal with them. This happens even when a room share does not occur. Each league must deal with their own problem people or situations. It becomes the business of NASCAR-POOL when/if staff of 8BallTarts OR OTHERS are the ones breaking the rules, staff of 8BallTarts does not try to enforce the rules with their members, and most importantly, if head admin doesn't cooperate in getting these problems stopped and trying to use methods to prevent future problems.
CANCELLATION /VOIDING OF THIS AGREEMENT: If serious problems occur, and are not satisfactorily dealt with, to maintain a respectful and courteous room, NASCAR-POOL MAY CANCEL/VOID this room share! Except for infractions of the HEAD ADMIN'S , attempts will be made to resolve any problems, and a formal warning will be issued , IF THIS AGREEMENT IS CANCELED, DOCUMENTATION OF THE INFRACTIONS AND ATTEMPTS TAKEN TO RESOLVE WILL BE EMAILED TO THE HEAD ADMIN AND ALSO CASES/MYLEAGUE threw the admin complaint link; here are a few examples, so that all are clear on this:
1. a member is cursing/fighting in the lobby one day: the staff of their league needs to deal with this.
2. a member is cursing/fighting in the lobby today, then again in few days, : gets more serious, still the staff of that leagues handles it, with the expectation of working to resolve it.
3. a staff member , other then head admin,is cursing/fighting in the lobby: very serious, IMMEDIATE STEPS MUST BE TAKEN , either to get that staff person under control or out of the league. if situation is not taken care of, A FORMAL WARNING WILL BE SENT.
4. the HEAD ADMIN of 8BallTarts has refused to make efforts to control THEIR MEMBERS and STAFF , A WARNING WILL BE GIVEN, if not resolved, THIS AGREEMENT IS CANCELED.
5. the HEAD ADMIN of 8BallTarts is fighting/cursing in the lobby: BYE, AGREEMENT CANCELED, GL IN YOUR NEW HOME!
PLEASE UNDERSTAND, I AM NOT SPEAKING OF ANY ONE TIME LITTLE INCIDENTS, BOTH LEAGUES MAY FEEL SECURE IN REMAINING IN INTERM 4 AS LONG AS THEY WISH, AS LONG AS EFFORT IS MADE TO RESOLVE CONFLICTS. WE ARE ALL HUMAN, AND REACH POINTS OF "LOSING OUR COOL" THE MAIN THING IS HAVING THE DESIRE AND MAKING AN EFFORT TO ABIDE BY THESE BEHAVIOR RULES.
ADDITIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT: while trying to cover most topics that may come up, the head admin , upon agreement by both, may make additions to this agreement. If there is disagreement upon a requested addition NASCAR-POOL maintains the power to either veto or approve and add, a addition. NO ADDITIONS COVERING TOPICS ALREADY DEALT WITH IN THIS AGREEMENT, SHALL BE MADE WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF ALL HEAD ADMINS (EXAMPLE-HOURS AVAILABLE)
CHANGES OF HEAD ADMIN: MikeSoco_ll must be informed of any changes of head admin of 8BallTarts in the event of a change of head admin, the room share will still be honored , the new head admin will be sent a copy of this room share, and they MUST agree to it, or else it is voided, and if a new room share is not worked out, THERE WILL BE NO ROOM SHARE. USE OF THE ROOM WILL RETURN TO BEING THE SOLE USE OF NASCAR-POOL AND OTHER LEAGUES IN THE ROOM SHARE. If 8BallTarts for any reason is deleted, that cancels the room share. former members nor staff may create a new league and play in Zebra Cove, without working out a new room share agreement.
NEITHER NASCAR-POOL NOR 8BallTarts WILL AGREE TO SHARE THIS ROOM WITH ANY OTHER LEAGUE, WITHOUT THE APPROVAL OF ALL LEAGUES.. IF ANY LEAGUE WISHES TO LEAVE AT SOME FUTURE POINT, THEY MAY NOT "PASS ON THE ROOM" TO ANY ONE ELSE.
IF A LEAGUE LISTED IN THIS ROOM SHARE IS INACTIVE FOR 21 DAYS, THEY RETAIN THEIR RIGHT TO SHARE THE ROOM, BUT WILL NOT BE CONSULTED CONCERNING ANY ROOM DECISIONS (AKA ALLOWING ANOTHER LEAGUE TO SHARE)
EACH LEAGUES HEAD ADMIN HANDLES ANY DISPUTES WITH THE HEAD ADMIN OF ANY OTHER LEAGUE IN THIS ROOM SHARE. IF NEEDED, THE 3 HEAD ADMIN CAN MEET AND CONSULT ON ANY PROBLEMS, BEFORE ISSUES MUST BE SENT TO MYLEAGUE STAFF FOR RESOLUTION.)

NOTES: I FEEL IT IS BEST TO ALLOW ANY LEAGUES IN THE ROOM SHARE OPEN ACCESS TO LOBBYS AND TIMES AVAILABLE. FOR LARGER , MORE ACTIVE LEAGUES, PERHAPS A ODD HOUR/ EVEN HOUR, SCHEDULE WORKS BETTER. ANY RESTRICTIONS SHOULD BE STATED IN THE ROOM SHARE, AND SPELLED OUT CLEARLY. ALSO, IT IS IMPORTANT TO TRY TO FIND A COMPATABLE LEAGUE TO SHARE WITH (ONE WHO HAS SIMILAR BEHAVIOR RULES, ETC) ALSO, VERY IMPORTANT AT THE BEGINNING PERIOD OF A ROOM SHARE, IS THAT ALL COMPLAINTS /PROBLEMS BE TURNED IN TO EACH LEAGUES HEAD ADMIN, WHO THEN CONTACTS THE OTHER HEAD ADMIN. THIS AVOIDS CONFUSION AND CONFLICT BETWEEN THE STAFF OF THE TWO LEAGUES INVOLVED.
We can't cover every aspect of gaming in our rules. We have tried to be as thorough as possible and cover all the basics. However, just because something is not listed doesn't meant that it is allowed. Use common sense. If it is something that will adversely effect other players and you might think twice about doing it's probably against the rules. Our staff have the final say in such matters.
